Bike/lift Training guide

This guide includes a 12 week resistance training block, split into two 6 week meso cycles, the primary focus of this training block being physique development and functionality. Combined with a 12 week Cycling programme, using HR zones, minutes and RPE (not FTP – no power pedals required). The Bike programme builds towards a ~120km event. 

RUN/lift Training guide

This guide includes a 12 week resistance training block, split into two 6 week meso cycles, primary focus of this guide is physique development and functionality. Combined with a 12 week Running programme, using HR zones, minutes and RPE. The Running programme builds towards a half marathon distance.
