I'm Jake

Ex British Airforce Engineer, serving 8 years in the RAF and developing a love for resistance & endurance training.

Leaving the Air Force in late 2016 I began traveling Asia and Australia for three years, adapting my training along the way. A gym membership wasn’t always an option so I began focusing primarily on bodyweight movements.

Eventually, settling in Thailand in late 2019 using a borrowed mountain bike to explore the local area I rekindled my love for endurance training.

Now I train in a way that facilitates my love for physique development, calisthenics, functionality, and endurance.

My passion is helping others figure out what they enjoy about ‘fitness’ and help them build a sustainable routine to last a lifetime.
