Custom Training Block Coaching
This service is for individuals who don’t require 1-1 coaching. You may already have a good understanding of nutrition and training, but know the value of accountability, structure and objectivity that a coach provides.
Resistance & CV Program
12 week resistance programme. Two 6 week meso cycles.
6 week CV training programme.
Fully bespoke to the individual, programmed by taking full consideration of goals, experience, environment and time/lifestyle.
Nutrition Action Plan
Setting up your calorie & macronutrient targets to align with your training goals.
Example days of eating and meal ideas.
Support to make correct changes going forward.
Check In's
At the end of every 6 week meso cycle you will receive a video Check In.
This will explain updates to your training, nutrition and any points of focus.
Community & Support
You will be granted access to my private coaching discord server, specifically for guys within my coaching services.
Inside I will answer all questions, go live, jump on calls and provide all the support needed to hot your goals.
